Court rules it has jurisdiction to hear two election related cases in Senegal

A three member panel of Judges of the ECOWAS Court of Justice (Honorable Justices Dupe Atoki, Gberi-be Ouattara, and Keikura Bangura) on Thursday, 7^th February 2019 ruled that it has the jurisdiction to hear cases of alleged human rights filed by two Presidential aspirants in Senegal’s 24th February 2019 elections.
